Grape variety: 59% Grenache Noir, 36% Cinsault, 5% Pinot Gris

Vineyard

Grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Coastal region. The vines are on clay loam soils and aremanaged to yield below 6 tons per hectare.

Winemaking

Grapes were hand harvested early in the morning to allow for the grapes to retain flavour and fruitiness.Cool, crushed grapes underwent three hour skin contact before being fermented under controlledconditions at 13°C.
